notices from a specific manufacturer. If you have a reference number from the product packaging or existing documentation,
search by that reference for the most accurate result.

How do I renew my subscription?

When your subscription approaches expiry, you will receive
reminder emails with a direct renewal link. You can also renew manually at any time from the Plans page or your account
dashboard. Renewing before expiry extends your current period &#8212; your new expiry date will be calculated from your current
expiry date, not from the date of renewal.

I subscribed but cannot access copyrighted manuals. What do I do?

First, confirm that your
payment has been processed by checking your email for a payment receipt. If you received a receipt, try logging out and
logging back in to refresh your account status. If you still cannot access copyrighted content after logging back in,
contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email with your account email and transaction reference number. We
resolve access issues within 1 hour.

Toyota Corolla?&#8217; &#8212; and it returns a precise, accurate answer sourced directly from the relevant manual.

that document, and formulates a clear, accurate answer in plain language. It also shows you the source section of the manual
so you can verify the answer yourself. The AI does not invent information &#8212; every answer is grounded in the actual document
content.

paid add-on for Starter and Pro plan subscribers, and is included at 50 questions per month in the Expert Access plan. If
you need more than 50 questions per month on an Expert plan, additional question packs can be purchased separately.

This depends on your plan. The Expert Access plan
includes 50 AI Assistant questions per month. Standalone AI Assistant plans (purchased separately) come with different
question allowances depending on the tier chosen. Unused questions do not roll over to the following month. If you exhaust
your monthly allowance, you can purchase an additional question pack.

not yet in our library, the AI will inform you that it does not have the relevant documentation and suggest that you contact
support to request it.

Is the AI Assistant accurate?

The AI Assistant is designed to be highly accurate because
it draws exclusively from official manufacturer documentation rather than general internet knowledge. It does not speculate
or fill gaps with assumptions. Every answer cites the specific section of the manual it is based on. That said, we recommend
verifying safety-critical information (such as electrical specifications or medication-adjacent appliance warnings) directly
in the original document.

In what language can I ask questions?

You can ask questions in English or French. The AI
Assistant will respond in the same language you used for your question. The underlying manual content is used regardless of
language &#8212; the AI extracts and translates the relevant information as needed. Additional language support is being
developed.

Are the manuals on EKSNEKS Notices official and up to date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All documents in our
library are sourced directly from official manufacturer publications. We do not host user-generated content, scanned
photocopies, or unofficial translations. When a manufacturer releases an updated version of a document, we update our
library accordingly. The publication date and document version number are displayed on each notice page so you can verify
you are reading the most current edition.
